These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LensQuick, a platform owned and operated by COEFFX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing, registering for, or using LensQuick, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Platform: refers to the LensQuick website, applications, and related services.
  • User: refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.
  • Studio: refers to professional photographers, studios, event organizers, or businesses uploading and managing content.
  • Client / Content Viewer: refers to individuals accessing shared galleries, albums, or photos through the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use LensQuick, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws in India

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Services Overview

LensQuick provides digital tools and services including, but not limited to:

  • Photo storage, hosting, sharing, and delivery
  • AI-powered face recognition and photo search
  • Album and gallery collaboration features
  • Analytics and engagement tracking such as likes, views, and activity trends

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of their accounts. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to secure account credentials.

5. User Content & Ownership

Users retain ownership of all photos, albums, and content uploaded to LensQuick. By uploading content to the platform, you grant LensQuick a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Store, host, process, and display content
  • Operate and improve platform functionality
  • Enable AI-powered features including facial recognition, grouping, and search

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for uploaded content
  • Uploaded content does not violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of third parties

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use LensQuick to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or infringing content
  • Violate the privacy or publicity rights of individuals
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempt to interfere with platform functionality, security, or infrastructure
  • Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activities

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. AI & Facial Recognition Features

LensQuick uses artificial intelligence technologies to detect and group faces within uploaded photos and enable AI-powered photo discovery and search experiences. By using these features, you confirm that:

  • Appropriate informed consent has been obtained from individuals appearing in uploaded content
  • You are legally permitted to upload and process such images through the platform

LensQuick is not responsible for failure by users or studios to obtain required permissions or consents.

8. Subscription, Billing & Payments

LensQuick operates on a subscription-based pricing model, including free and paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle
  • Subscription fees are non-transferable
  • Users authorize recurring billing unless canceled
  • Pricing and features may change with reasonable prior notice

Refunds and cancellations are governed separately under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, required payments are not completed, or platform security is compromised.

Termination may result in the removal of content and loss of platform access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • LensQuick and COEFFX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the platform
  • Users access and use the platform at their own risk

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of LensQuick shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services during the preceding subscription period.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, designs, features, and proprietary technologies related to LensQuick are the intellectual property of COEFFX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of LensQuick after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
