  • No payment is required for the free plan.
  • Since no charges are applied, refunds are not applicable for free-tier usage.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellation will stop future recurring billing.
  • Your subscription benefits and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods unless otherwise stated in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is submitted within 7 business days from the date of payment.
  • The request relates to a first-time subscription purchase.
  • The user experiences verified technical issues that significantly prevent the intended use of the platform, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval by LensQuick.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to cancel before automatic renewal
  • Subscription renewal payments
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in suspension or termination of the account
